The Do Dham Yatra is a 9-day, 8-night spiritual journey in India that includes visiting the Kedarnath and Badrinath temples. The trip starts and ends in Delhi, with stops in Haridwar, Sonprayag, Gaurikund, Chopta, Rudraprayag, and Rishikesh. The journey includes transportation, accommodation, meals, and guidance from local English-speaking guides. The package does not include airfare, personal expenses, or any additional costs due to changes in the program. The itinerary includes visiting various spiritual sites, temples, and natural wonders, as well as experiencing the local culture and cuisine. The trip requires physical fitness, as it involves trekking and walking for long distances.

  • Assistance by the priest to perform prayer in Kedarnath (Any expenses related to prayer will be paid by the guests only)

01: ARRIVAL DELHI

Upon arrival at Delhi airport, our representative will meet and assist you and
transfer to your hotel.

02: DELHI – RISHIKESH (260 KM DRIVE / 06 HR)

Early morning post breakfast at 07:30 Hrs you will drive to Rishikesh.
Rishikesh has a rich spiritual heritage and is renowned for its ashrams (spiritual retreats), yoga schools, and meditation centers. Many people visit Rishikesh to engage in yoga and meditation practices, learn from experienced teachers, and immerse themselves in the serene and spiritual atmosphere.
IMP: To visit Kedarnath and Badrinath your vehicle needs a fitness certificate and permission to visit there. Therefore, upon arrival, your driver will visit the permission center to complete the permit formalities.
Upon arrival you will proceed to visit Ram Jhula & later you will go to visit to Parmarth Niketan, strategically located on the bank of the river Ganges gives a panoramic view of the river the Ashram has got thousands of rooms for the visitors to stay here and perform their rituals.

03: RISHIKESH – SONPRAYAG (DRIVE 220 KM / 08 HRS)

Morning post breakfast will drive to Sonprayag, the last point upto the place your vehicle can reach. Upon arrival in Sonprayag,
check in at your hotel.
SONPRAYAG, situated at an elevation of 1829 m is famous a site where Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati were married.
Flanked by nature's bounty and glorious snowcapped peaks, it is also a place where River Mandakini meets River Basuki. It is a
belief that devotees can achieve Baikunt Dham with the touch of water.

05: KEDARNATH – GAURIKUND - SONPRAYAG (18 KM TREK & 4-5 KM & DRIVE)

In the morning will proceed to visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, Shri Bhairavnath Temple, The God's Rock.
After breakfast will trek to Gaurikund.
On arrival in Gaurikund, you will meet with your driver and drive to Sonprayag.
Check-in at the hotel.

04: SONPRAYAG – GOURIKUND - KEDARNATH (10 KM DRIVE & 18 KM TREK)

Today early morning will drive to reach to Gaurikund, your driver will assist you and from Gaurikund will start our trek to Kedarnath. Since it is long 18 km trek which normally takes -6-7 hours depending upon your speed.
KEDARNATH: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector and the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption.
He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as PanchKedar.
On arrival at Kedarnath, will check in at the hotel.
Later will proceed for a visit to the Kedarnath Baba temple.

06: SONPRAYAG – BADRINATH (DRIVE 200 KM / 08 HRS)

Today morning after breakfast will drive to Badrinath.
BADRINATH: One of the 'Four Dhams' and one of the most celebrated
pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name "Badri van", meaning "forest of berries
In the evening proceed to visit Mana Village which is the last village at Indo – china border. Also visit Bhimpul, Saraswati River, Vyas gufa, GanesgGufa, and other important sites.
MANA VILLAGE is the last village at the Indio-/China border. Mana is
inhabited by Indo-Mongolian tribes often called as Bhotias. It is being
designated as a “Tourism Village” by the Uttarakhand Government. It is one of the best tourist destinations near Badrinath, just 03 km from drivable distance from Badrinath Town.

07: BADRINATH – RUDRAPRAYAG (Drive 160 KM DRIVE / 06 HR)

Today morning after Badrinath Temple Darshan, drive to Rudraprayag, En-route visit Joshimath.
JOSHIMATH is a popular hill station situated on the slopes above the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauligangarivers. Joshimath is one of the four 'Maths' established by AdiShankaraharya in 8th century. Joshimath is also the home of one of the oldest tree of India – Kalpvriksha, believed to be 2400 old. It is also the base for many trekking routes and just close to it is Auli, which is the famous Ski resort of India.
Later after the visit, continue your drive to Rudraprayag. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.Overnight is at the hotel in Rudraprayag.
RUDRAPRAYAG - named after Lord Shiva (Rudra), Rudraprayag is situated at the holy confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakani rivers, at a distance of 34 km from Srinagar (Garhwal). The presence of two separate routes for Badrinath and KedarnathDham from Rudraprayag render great importance to the place. The town is situated at the confluence of the River Alaknanda and River Mandakini. It has a special religious significance for many people as well. It is said that the place where
the two rivers meet resembles two sisters embracing each other and there is a unique beauty about the place. Many visitors travel to the place to witness this phenomenon every year.

08: RUDRAPRAYAG – HARIDWAR (Drive 160 KM / 6 HRS)

Today morning after breakfast drive from Rudraprayag to Haridwar.
Haridwar, it is situated on the banks of the Ganges River and is considered one of the seven holiest places in Hinduism. The name
"Haridwar" means "Gateway to God," and the city is a major pilgrimage site for Hindus. Haridwar is known for its ghats, or steps
leading down to the river, which is used for bathing and performing religious ceremonies. The most famous ghat is Har Ki Pauri, which
is believed to be the spot where Lord Vishnu left his footprint. The city is also home to several ancient temples, including the Chandi
Devi Temple and the Mansa Devi Temple.
On arrival will proceed for a visit to enjoy the Aarti ceremony at the Har Ki Pauri Ghat and around the Har Ki - Pauri

09: HARIDWAR –DELHI (260 KM / 06 HRS.) & DEPART

Morning breakfast and drive to Delhi and before leaving for the airport will have some last-minute shopping (Depending upon available time). Later transfer to the airport.
